Refunds

Full refund if your documents can't support a valuation.

You can cancel for a full refund until we start your report. Once we start, we don't refund because you disagree with the value: the fee can't depend on the number. We also give a full refund if we can't deliver your report. Refunds go back to your card within five business days; your bank may take longer to show it. Ask at [email protected].

Before you pay, we check your documents for free and tell you within one business day whether they can support a valuation.

Price

$500 USD, flat, charged by card when you order. The fee is the same whatever the report finds, so nothing about it depends on the number. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Delivery

Your report is a signed PDF, sent by email within one business day of payment.

Law firms: payment and delivery follow the terms for firms.

Cancellation

We don't sell subscriptions or bookings, so there's nothing recurring to cancel.
